Dr. Sara Poldmae, L.Ac., DACM
Meadow Hill’s founder, Dr. Sara Poldmae, Licensed Acupuncturist, is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and a yoga instructor.
Dr. Sara is passionate about helping her patients in midlife to reach optimal levels of health through Functional Medicine and Acupuncture.
Sara lives in Annapolis with her husband, 3 dogs, a kitty and9 chickens. When Dr. Sara isn’t working, you may find her around town engaged in charitable causes, traveling, cooking and enjoying time with family and friends. Her most recent passion is hosting wellness retreats, both domestically and internationally.

Megan Echard, L.Ac.
Megan graduated from the Maryland University of Integrative Health with her Master’s degree in Acupuncture. Megan was drawn to acupuncture after her own personal health journey as well as her dedication for helping others. With a deep passion for natural healing, she is committed to helping her patients restore balance and vitality, fostering harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. Megan believes that true wellness comes from within, and she uses a holistic approach to address the root causes of physical and emotional imbalances.
In addition to her expertise in traditional acupuncture, Megan has also completed specialized training in microneedling and nanoneedling, offering advanced treatments to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars ,promote collagen production, enhancing skin texture and appearance for a more youthful, glowing complexion.
Megan's warm, empathetic approach ensures a safe and nurturing environment where patients feel heard and cared for. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, or skin concerns, Megan is here to guide you on your journey to holistic health.
Camille is a doctor of acupuncture, licensed in the state of Maryland. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees at New York College of Health Professions and her Doctorate at Pacific College of Health Sciences.
Dr. Camille enjoys treating pain, chronic illness, fertility, IVF support, stress reduction, emotional wellness, pediatrics and digestive health. She is a certified yoga instructor and holds a certification in Gastroenterology. Patients often describe her as a gentle, understanding and nurturing healer.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, especially to tropical destinations, and finds inspiration in the peaceful rhythm of island life. She also loves adventuring with her daughter and embracing the joy (and occasional comedy) that comes with being a special needs mom. This role fuels her empathy, strengthens her advocacy, and deepens her commitment to supporting families navigating similar journeys.
Hannah Lewis
Hannah combines acupuncture with natural herbal therapies to help patients achieve balanced, whole-body health. She has advanced training in Kiiko Matsumoto Japanese-style acupuncture and Trigger Point Therapy, which she uses to support patients experiencing pain, stress, inflammation, fertility challenges, and other health concerns.
Hannah earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Health and Science and is a licensed acupuncturist in both Maryland and New York.
Outside the clinic, Hannah enjoys cooking, exploring city life, spending time in nature, practicing yoga and home workouts, running, and connecting with family and friends.
