Built from two decades of caring for our community, this studio offers restorative yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and somatic practices in a space designed to help you exhale, soften, and feel supported in every season of life.

Our curated menu of restorative classes includes:

  • Stretch & Restore — Deep, sustained stretches and restorative holds designed to release muscular tension and settle the mind. Sessions are unhurried by design — your body needs time, not pressure.

  • Yin Yoga — Deep release for fascia, joints, and energy pathways, guided through a Chinese medicine lens to restore balance from within.

  • Breathwork for Regulation — Potent breath practices designed to shift chronic stress patterns and cultivate lasting calm. No experience necessary — just a willingness to breathe differently.

  • Meditation & Mindfulness Sessions — Gentle guided practices to help you reconnect inward, quiet mental noise, and find clarity.

  • Sound Healing & Seasonal Workshops — Immersive experiences designed around the elements and organ systems of Chinese medicine. Offered seasonally and as special events throughout the year.

  • Gentle Vinyasa — A slow, breath-connected flow that links movement and stillness in equal measure. Unlike faster vinyasa styles, our gentle approach prioritizes awareness over pace, building warmth, mobility, and presence without pushing the body into depletion. Accessible to all levels, and particularly well-suited to clients who want the meditative quality of yoga within a moving practice.

  • Pilates for Gentle Strength — The classical Pilates method taught through a restorative lens — slow, breath-led, and focused on core integrity and postural awareness. Ideal for clients who want the benefits of Pilates with the nervous-system sensitivity of a restore class.
